There is always a great exhilarating sense of accomplishment when you've set your life goals, accomplished a fair share of successes and personal goals. You reach a point, however, when you realize you enjoyed the chase more than the accomplishment. So, you looked for another goal.

What if you feel like you should have been accomplishing other goals that are outside the spectrum of your experience or comfort zone? Or better yet, what if you feel like you could have spent more time with your children, wife, husband, parents, friends?

It's like being back in square one. That's not such a bad thing. In fact, you should be happy when you reach this point. There is nothing more exciting than potential and to be at a point where there are a whole bunch of things you can be grateful for.

Disconnect From The Noise

Take a hike or a road trip, practice mindfulness.

Be Thankful

You may have had to make certain sacrifices for the life you've chosen to build for you and for your family. Perhaps you find yourself thinking about those decisions wondering what if you chose a different path. Make peace with those decisions. List out the good things that came from those decisions, direct or indirect.

Take Up A New Hobby

Explore things that have zero cause and effect that have to do with the making of money. Take a cooking class, bake, knit, write a book, draw, paint, anything that helps you fire up new neurons and inspires you to express yourself freely and relentlessly.
